The Creative Leadership Program is geared towards young people who are passionate about the arts and are considering a career in arts management. We are looking for young people from regional Victoria who will complete VCE this year or have done so in the last two years to apply.

This is a rare and exciting career development opportunity and will focus on hands-on learning and experience. Between 4-12 February 2012 we will provide aspiring arts leaders from regional Victoria with the opportunity to extend their career options and experience in the heart of Australia’s arts capital – Melbourne. It will be a nine-day intensive program that brings participants face-to-face with arts workers, directors, producers, and marketers from across Victoria. The program will focus on workshops, lectures, and projects with real-world experience a key focus. This is a funded program, so key costs such as accommodation, some meals, transport to and from Melbourne, will be covered by RAV.
